gb Monitor Not Working!

Hi MSE's,
i used http://www.broadbandchoices.co.uk/br...d-monitor.html to MONITOR MY 3GB INTERENT USAGE.
However, it can not find that i am getting internet through my modem and therefore can't work to monitor it
Can anyone please help? preferbly someone who uses it with one of them modems:beer:
