Can you recommend a Sat Nav?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to buy a Sat Nav, as I have a new job in which I'm driving to lots of peoples houses, and to be honest I'm not too good with map reading!
Preferably I'd like one under £100 if possible, but the main thing is reliability, so I suppose I'm after the cheapest most reliable GPS out there.
Can anyone recommend one?
Many thanks,
Jay

Here's a good website

Garmin Nuvi 250 Satellite Navigation System With European Mapping for £99.99 delivered from Amazon is a very good buy - you can then take it into Europe on hols!
Garmin is a good make - some say better than TomTom.
I prefer TT for tinkering with the settings, but the Nuvi does a good job very well. Loads of POIs - Fuel, shops, food, stations, etc0 -
or how about this one:
