Hi there.
I am thinking of buying a plot of land in Norfolk with a view to putting a couple of holiday homes/static caravans on there for my own personal use. Has anyone got any ideas on what the planning rules are for this type of thing, and also approx costs of getting services (elec, water & waste) to the plot. It is adjacent to the road so hasn't got to go miles etc. Any other general advice in relation to this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
