Hi there,
Anyone else here currently with Atlantic? I have just phoned them up trying to cap my tariff, they told me i cant at this moment in time, can they say that? Has anyone else been able to cap with Atlantic? Any advise would be really really helpful.
Many Thanks,
Kenny

I do not think that the scottish and southern group, of which Atlantic is one, have a fixed or capped tariff.
Of course they can say that, however you have the option of moving to another company who does have capped tariffs.
  • Hi Kenny

I'm with Southern and they dont have a capped rate. They have a fixed discount 2010 which is 2% off your bills until 2010. You also get your 6% monthly direct debit discount with this tarriff.

sorry, Southern dont have a fixed/capped tariff. As they are part of the same group as atlantic i dont think the group will have a capped tariff.

DO NOT BE MISLED. This is not a fixed rate, it is a fixed discount of 2% off their standard rate, if the standard rate rises by40% so does your bill but you will get a 2% discount.
  • Ok thank you very much. seeing as they havent changed there prices yet i think ill hang on as i am, and will have to switch when it gets bad. Thank you for the info, many thanks
