when someone initiated a chargeback from me (or rather the real card owner and not the person who used it), they said they would put my account into negative.

if she is still selling, she doesn't respond to them, they continue to let her sell, use the account to potentially commit fraud, they are jointly liable.

Becles might be right, but what a disgraceful excuse of a Company to work like this.

Yours was a different situation in that a card was used fraudulently to buy goods, rather than a seller not sending goods out.

If you read the terms and conditions of PayPal, it will state their liabilities, and paying a buyer back out of their own pockets because the sellers account is empty is not one of their liabilities.

You should read www.paypalsucks.com for plenty more horror stories where people feel they have been ripped off.

Have been asked by the person who runs this company to advise that I have now received a refund for the products. Would like to point out that she had personal problems at the time. Refund received after wedding and making other arrangements which cost more, but received nonetheless.

So, bubbles in heaven have asked you to confirm that they have taken nearly a year to refund your money and it missed your wedding.

Well my curiosity got the better of me and I decided to go and take a look at this online store. Oh dear, I would never trade with a website that asks for payment to be sent to [EMAIL="BACONSANDWICHMAN@HOTMAIL.COM"]BACONSANDWICHMAN@HOTMAIL.COM[/EMAIL] :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Looks like the website is trying to play on the Lush brand as well! their website states things like to take a look at their range of Lush gifts and Lush products at half the price.......(in huge capital letters)

They'll probably say they are using the term "lush" as in "lovely", but to me it is a direct ploy to try and make the consumer think they are selling official Lush products.

I personally wouldn't buy from there because...they seem to be trawling through the net asking for past customers with problems to repost on websites, also for having a very silly email address, and for the "Lush" thing!!!!

I would like to point out that this was not their payment address when I made my purchase but thanks for the helpful comment.

In fact the site has been updated and changed quite a bit since I ordered from them. May have changed hands I think.
