    But when you use a switching service you get exactly that, a service, when I had trouble with BG when switching I phoned Energyhelpline (who I used to switch) and they helped sort the problem out from their end.
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)
