sims out of phones

hi if i took my sim out of the phone would messages/phone calls that were called show up once i put the sim back in?

Interesting question, but not a clue. I wouldn't think so, since phones can't detect missed calls when they are off, can they?
Fastest way to find out would probably just be to remove the sim and call it with your home phone, and see what happens.0 -
The data for call history, contacts, text messages, etc is usually stored on the phone but in some occasions a small amount of data is stored on the sim as well.
By taking out the sim and re-inserting, you shouldn't lose any of this data as it's already stored on there. It would be much like switching the phone off and on again.0 -
I thought the OP was asking if, when he plugged the sim back into a phone, it would show the missed calls from people who tried to call him while it wasn't plugged into the phone.
Though thinking about it, your reply does make sense as well, depending on how you interpret the OP.0
