MatrressNextDay.com - Ooft

Hiya all

Had a bit of a bad experience with Matress NExt Day.com.

Was looking for a bed quick so thought ordering from them would be perfect as the bed i had wanted could be deli vered the following morning.

Ordered the bed and specified delivery for the following AM.

Everything seemed fine hmm and recieved confirmation of order and delivery.

To be the order should have arrived before 12am but by 3pm i was getting a bit worried! Luckily i hadnt taken the day off work and was getting to delievered to my dads workshop hehe.

Well, phoned up their customer help line - which is not cheap - and was taken though the usual automated guff. Got to a person after a couple of (expensive) mins and was told bed was not in stock! What!? And would be 2 weeks before it would be! Was pretty much told oops too bad.

Needless to say i wasnt pleased but decided to go ahead with the order grrr.

After finding a cheaper bed i could get sooner i phoned up about 30mins after my original call to cancel the order.

Ooft how difficult can it be? I was told they didnt have my records and that someone must still have them on their desks(what?) and was promised a call back. Hmm suspicious.

Surprise surprise i didnt get a call back and was getting concerened. Called them several times before 5 when they closed and every time i got thought the automated section the call would get picked up and then the line would go dead. Arghhhh. Found out when my ohone bill came it cost me 50p each time this happened and that was a fair bit.

Finally got though to them at 5 and was told order would be cancelled. Am still waiting for my refund.

Just wanted to talk about the terrible customer service and the fact i was promised next day delivery when the item wouldnt actually be in stock for 2 weeks.
