OK, I give in. I can't figure out how on earth you guys manage to insert smilies or put quotes into new threads. I thought I'd worked it out but it seems that I haven't. I know I could/should go to the IT thread but I only post on this board as it's the friendliest. Can anyone give me a bit of old-fashioned help/support?!

If you know the shortcut, you can just type it! So : ) without the space becomes
