Where can I buy old-fashioned embossed wallpaper?

We're after some embossed wallpaper (plain, not coloured)- the old-fashioned type (can't remember what it's called), not the modern kind made of vinyl. I just think the old-fashioned type looks much nicer, not quite so 'naff'! :D

Anyone know where you can buy it? Have looked in the main DIY stores but they only seem to sell the modern type.

I had a look in our big B&Q superstore, also Homebase and Wickes, but couldn't see it?

Off to google the other one you mention...

I think what you're looking for is called 'anaglypta', have a quick google on it.

I've seen this in the B & Q superstores - not on display as such, but in the wallpaper books they have in the wallpaper section - maybe have to order it?

Yep- just come back from B&Q and they do indeed have books to look through with a small selection of anaglypta embossed paper. So thanks for that!

Anaglypta or blown vinyl. Have you tried Wickes as i'm pretty sure i've seen it there.
