  • Meh - just had to spend £4.15 to buy something to eat after working late. Was ripped off by the coke machine too - asked for diet, got full fat. :(

Got home to find that OH had taken advantage of my absence to sneak off to the pub.

    Sum total expenditure: £7.89 :(

  • Just had to make this my very first post.

I bought a bag of potting compost for £3.99 with a full free 50%, OH a bag of biscuits £1.45, a head of Celery 60p and a punnet of Strawberries £1.95.

Maybe we should start a post of what we resisted buying?
  • Total £5.30.
£2.60 on milk and blackcurrant cordial in Farmfoods
£2.30 on 2 x 1kg tubs Utterly Butterly in Iceland (BOGOF)
£0.40 on 2 books in the Cats Protection charity shop, which has a sale on atm.

  • Spent 7.35 on drinks with OH and a friend. Have been trying to limit nights out during the week but my friend has split up with his girlfriend and needed a shoulder to cry on.
