How much did you spend today 25/10?

I spent 90p on peanuts, a banana, a pear and a carrot.

Gym tonight but that's already paid for.

£1 so far (60p on a diet pepsi & 40p on chewing gum) - expensive or what!!!!
(I kind of forgot to brush my teeth this morning, haha, hence the chewing gum!! Discusting I know!!).

Was meant to be going out for a few drinks tonight but wont be now, so will be home to watch "Property Ladder" with the Beeny.

Just finished listing my items on ebay (including the i-pod I bought after being ripped off), because I can no longer use my PC at work to download music, so there's not much point having it. How frustrating!! (If you want to look at my ebay items, PM me and i'll tell you my seller ID).

Thats about all really, not very exciting today....

    xx
  • nothing!

I spent £2.50 on lunch - woke up too late to make my own this morning (but not late enough not to brush my teeth ;) , though I'll admit I've done that before!!) Am working overtime tonight so will be at work till 9.30 - oh well, must keep thinking of the extra £££!
  • Hmm... here goes:

£45.00 - for new work shoes, paid for from birthday money, so no big deal.
£5.00 - carwash, hadn't been done in a long time, and is something I HATE doing myself.

That's it on the spending side.

On the 'money in' side, I have received:

£36.18 - Mirro Bingo finally paid out, completely free so no money spent either!
£33.60 - Won at Virgin Casino, again, free cash... so no complaints.

The above two are courtesy of these forums - through the referral boards and the like... so I thank Martin and the members for those!

34p on a potato for my lunch, and that's even with having been into town! I went to the library and picked up some books, plus checked out their fabulous dvd rental collection (yay westminster libraries) for a rainy day, tried on a pair of trousers in oxfam which were too small, looked lovingly at M&S's limited collection (the one that twiggy and laura bailey model in the adverts) but have no money left to buy so left, and went to check out my local boots for the 3 for 2 sanctuary offer but had no joy. However tomorrow looks to be a big spend day as I have to post off two 231 page theses to Manchester to be bound (at a hefty £17.50 binding charge each) in order to complete my PhD submission. Then I'll be signing off Dr Tondella!

Have never posted on this particular thread but read it avidly cause I think its such a great idea!

Haven't spent anything today but this week....

£14.14 on new crockpot for my slow cooker, dropped the other one. The slow cooker was free so I guess thats not too bad.

£20 on german tapes...thats the OH...I think he was desperate to spend some money, especially as I'd just explained we were buying ' nothing' so I could pay as much off the credit card as poss by the end of the year.

£32 on those ear fold back things, I'm sure someone out there will know what I'm talking about! That was the OH as well....he's a bit of a nightmare when it comes to money.

I think thats it so far. OH gets paid on friday so I'm hoping to hold out till then....

However I have had some advance sales on the programmes so it should cover 1/2 my entrance

Ear fold back things? For kids with sticky-out ears? THey didn;t exist in my day - had to wait till I was 17 to have an operation to put them back :(
