Is the 'o' in Money a doughnut

Looks like a treacle scone to me, ready to be hung up on string for eating

Or perhaps its a one-eyed turnip lantern? no, just had another look reckon its not an eye but a nose?

On closer inspection it appears to be a pumpkin lantern with a nose and mouth but you can't see the eyes....Curry Queen, they need your pumpkin
