    Lets not panic the OP. Obviously seek medical advice, but there could be alot of reasons....

    I'm not going to my GP, one cos she is useless, and I know that after rest, they are ok. And it is prob weather and stress etc. in my case.

    But for peace of mind OP, go and see your doc.

    I am really unsure at to go visit my GP to see if i have an underlying problem...also, more on a personal note, my pee has been smelling really strong these last few days despite drinking copious amounts of water, partly because of the heat, but also to try and flush myself out...

    Remember that it's possible to drink too much water and make yourself ill as a consequence.

    Definitely go and see your GP.
