Standard Terms and Conditions for this Competition

1. Open to all UK residents aged 18 and over who accurately complete the official entry form and send it to the Promoter before closing date, except employees of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone otherwise concerned through their employment with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
2. No purchase necessary
3. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries.
4. The prize will consist of:
   • Return flights from London Heathrow to JFK Airport on 29th August returning 1st September for two people.
   • 3 nights B&B 4* accommodation for two people.
   • 2 entry tickets to the "Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy Exhibition"
   • $500 to spend in French Connection�s New York store in Soho
   The flights are only available for travel from London Heathrow on 29th August returning 1st September and so the winner must be free to travel on these dates. The winner and guest must hold valid passports and obtain necessary visas for entry to the US.
5. The prize does not include anything not detailed in term 4 including, but not limited to:
   • food or drink;
   • spending money;
   • the costs and expenses of anyone accompanying the prize winner (except those of the winner�s guest as outlined above) to enable one or both of the winner or the winner�s guest to partake in the prize and
   • Hotel expenses (including, without limitation, the use of telephone, fax, room service, room bar or use of hotel facilities).
   The closing date for the prize is 12th August. The draw will take place within 1 day of the closing date and the winner will be notified by telephone or email. If the Promoter cannot make contact with the winner within two days, the prize will be forfeited.
6. Only one entry per person will be allowed.
7. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
8. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion
9. There is no cash alternative to prizes which are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest or promotion by a prize winner
10. The Promoter may request the prize winner to take part in publicity for the competition and by entering the competition, all entrants hereby consent to participate in any publicity for the competition that the Promoter may make.
11. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third party involved in this promotion, or the descriptions provided by any third party for any items/experiences, although we will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
12. We reserve the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
13. Details of the winner will be available from the Promoter at Centro One, 39 Camden Street, London NW1 0DX on 30th September 2008.
14. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction
