I'm so sorry for your loss Poppycat (said with genuine tears dropping onto my keyboard :()

I have 12 furry felines () who I love dearly, plus a hairy rescue mutt and I'd be so upset if anything happened to any of them, even though they drive me to distraction daily! I am such an animal lover it's unreal - my neighbours affectionately call me the mad cat woman, but IMO animals don't hurt you, insult you or disrespect you so it hurts like hell when they pass away or get ill.

I lost my beloved Collie, Tess 10 years ago this year and whilst the pain eases, I still miss her (and my many other departed pets) dearly.

I fully understand how you feel and again my deepest sympathies to you and your family :( :grouphug: xxx

When my two tabby boys died the vet sent me a card with the words "Cat's leave paw prints on your heart" never a truer word said.
I know nothing can fill the void your little boy has made but one day when the sadness goes you'll be able to smile when you think of him and realise it was for the best.Take care xxxxxx
