Cost of changing a downstairs cupboard into a toilet?

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark type figure on getting a cupboard changed into a downstairs toilet (poss with shower?)? currently there are two cupboards (one from the hall and one from the kitchen) which run next to each other- so they would need to have one small wall knocked through to create one room, and one door blocked in (the one in the kitchen). the house is made of breezeblock and the wall is breezeblock between the two. It does back onto an outside wall and isnt too far from the waste pipe of upstairs bathroom if that is needed. We wouldnt need it tiling as my partner can do that, but everything else would need to be done. We would supply our own fittings. Also, there is no light in there at the moment so it would need a light fitting. any ideas would be great! we are located in merseyside, thanks Sam
