My Child Magazine Subscription

This company were very quick to sign me up and take my money but.....the magazines have dried up and I cannot enter the subscribers area on the emails that they send my each week.

Does anyone have any ideas, the phones arent answered the emails are unread and Im really fed up

The company's primary source of profit would appear the sale of lists of those who subscribed, entered a competition or a survey to ADVERTISERS eg holiday companies etc, who them email direct or target the user via google etc. They have covered themselves by a disclaimer on the website. Do not take it out on the cold-caller - chances are s/he is a travelling Ozzie or a student on a minimum-wage basic and the rest is commission, sitting in a windowless basement office in Clerkenwell.

Who even mentioned a cold caller. Don't see why any of their employees merit any sympathy.
ITS Good for the OP to have some contact details-why dont you ask the company to respond directly to the thread?
