Crossed Postal Order without name!

Hi,
Received a crossed Postal Order from a buyer.
The only problem is that where my name should be there are 3 asterix.
Can i still cash it at the bank or does my name have to be on it?
Recieved crossed ones before but they've always had my name on them.

The printing automatically produces 3 stars.
I quite often do this for customers, open but crossed. I say,. 'you will put the name in your self'?,
Just write your name and take it to the bank0
