Hi Alyth!
How are you this rather grey sort of weekend?
I saw the sun briefly earlier...I was and then I wasn't - going to hang the washing out, I've had that exciting sort of day....
I had family over for a meal and some fun but they've all gone home now. Its times like this that I wish I still had a dog to cuddle up with! Trust you and Rottie are having a good weekend!.

Hi Jeannie, I just saw you'd posted - sorry!
Had a fantastic weekend, went into the new job yesterday afternoon and everyone seems really nice, chatted to friends last night, had a lovely day today reading, cleared the ironing basket and a friend's coming round tonight so his dog can play with doglet!
Unfortunately I've also stuffed myself with nice food and wine so feel a total pig!
However, ex came back today and rang me and whilst I got a little bit flutterly type of thing, I managed to use the techniques the lady from friday night had taught me to calm myself down and they worked!!!! So I'm so relieved about that, and so looking forward to starting the new job tomorrow.
Rain - well, it's chucked it down here for about 6 hours, it was lovely this morning, sat in the garden reading, put the washing out - forgot to bring the washing in when it started raining and will now have to be rewashed, the rain was so torrential! But I quite like watching the rain, it's kind of comforting, although the smell of wet dog in my house having gone out for a walk earlier isn't so good!0 -
Sounds like a great weekend to me!
Mines been vaguely boring....
Wet dog smell isn't great, but better than no dog smell
The poor bint has probably spent all weekend hovering up nose hair and adding vanish to her washing for the skid marks.Genie
