Hi everyone, have made £40 over the weekend selling lots of Barbies through the local paper. Actually I got £80, but decided to give my DD's £20 each as it was their stuff that I sold and it'll stop them nagging me for money to keep them amused in this rubbish weather. Off to update sig0

Finally getting a chance to update the thread with my progress. Why do parents decide to make unplanned week-long visits? Don't they read mse forums? Bah.
Anyway, what with our new Tesco opening and doing its darndest to put the Coop out of business (more power to them, I say) and the parents taking us out for lunch a couple of times, I've actaully managed to save a fair amount this month so far. And made a tenner on Gala bingo last Thursday.
So day 11, at £86.08 so far. A bit under target, but now that the folks are gone, it's focus, focus, focus for the rest of the month.
