    Anyone know how long I should wait until I can ask Capital One to give me a better card? I have better cards with other banks - but only have the high rate interest one (Classic card).... with them. I have had it for 6 months and have no balance currently.

    My OH applied for one of these 3 months ago. He doesnt have bad credit but has no credit history. Everything has always been in my name. Anyways, he applied got accepted and received his card within 10 days with a £1000 limit :eek: which i was surprised at.
    He is putting the petrol on it monthly and paying in full each month so no interest charges and will hopefully apply for a standard card within 6-12 months.

    Card came yesterday. Much faster than they stated on the phone. They said I would hear from them by the 14th..it came on the 3rd. Capital One have so far been very good.
