Before I panic (Npower deal)

As an existing npower customer, they had an offer a few months ago for us to fix our prices for the next 2 years (I think). I can't shake the feeling that it wasn't CALLED a capped rate though, so now I'm paranoid that there's some small print and that basically I'm going to be "screwed over"?

Did anyone else get this deal and can they reassure me? I'm going to call them tomorrow to make sure, but I can't say I trust the person in the call centre to have the correct info. Not that person's fault I'm sure - but so far they've been pretty much hopeless

Also, when I rang up for the deal, I was assured that when I move house it would move with me - where do I stand if they've changed their minds on this? This scenario isn't mentioned in the small print that I found.

Thank you!!
