Debug problem

i have a new to me computer.

On some sites it comes up with this warning:

A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?

Line: 1
Error: Invalid charector

Yes or No

It's sites like ebay, and hotmail. Why is this. It has lots of these warnings, one after the other, stating different lines with the problems.

Any hits on how i can stop this all the time. It's driving me crazy.

Open Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, 6th & 7th down put a tick in
close Internet Explorer then Open Internet Explorer as normal.

And get the new java console runtime enviroment http://www.java.com/en/download/
