GAME.co.uk not replying to emails?

I ordered a game from Game.co.uk last Sunday. The tracker says the item was shipped on Wednesday but as of today I still have not had the item delivered. Does this place usually take this long to deliver?

I have contacted them by the Contact Us link twice already over the last two days but not yet received a human reply. Does anyone know if they have a phone number for enquiries?

There is a telephone number to cancell an order,under the "cancelling orders section.

They do take a couple of days to reply to emails but always do so.

as of today they still havent replied to my email and I sent one on Thursday

Did you get the game? We ordered something Monday morning, and it arrived in the post Tuesday morning!!

I think the tracker should also check if it's delivered, so perhaps it got lost in transit.
