Big thumbs up to Unilever, the manufacturers of Peperami. I bought a packet of five from Tesco on Sunday, i got home to discover there were only four in the packet. In the scheme of things, it's not really a problem but i like getting what I pay for 
.
I emailed on Monday, got a response on Tuesday and by Friday, a letter of apology hit the doormat with a £2 voucher for more Peperami.
That's what I call service.
