can anyone give me any ideas on what i can try i am a real laptop newbie.
I downloaded some Soundcard analizer thing and it says no audiowave detected. plse help.

i dont know what OS means?
i did reinstall windows and have looked on the manufacturers website Acer but cant find the old model i have - travel mate 22000 -

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver. when i click on reinstall driver it goes through the wizard but i dont have the software.
