Gas Southern Elec & Elec Scottish P Can i switch to their cap on line?

Bit confused, looked into this tonight and was going to go through quidco fo for the £20 on Moneysupermarket and then hopefully get the £30 for duel fuel but when I search there is no £30 cashback coming up against Scottish power as there is with other deals. Is this becuase I am with them and is my only choice to call them direct
