Hi can anyone give me info on a matter i need help on.
I wrote to my old credit card company to reclaim my charges, they sent me the statements. i then wrote back with the amount i requested back for unfair credit card charges, they wrote back saying they hope to resolve matters by the 24th july 08, i then got another letter on the 24th july saying they are sorry that so far they have been unable to resolve my complaint. thanks for your patience while we continue to investigate and that i will be fully advised of developments and will contact me again by the 21st august 08.
can they do this and can anyone give me advice what to do.
