I am thinking of using the one month trial to get my credit report but I am confused with how to fill in my names in the applicatoin

I have got two forenames and what I normally do with bank / mobile phone application is to put them all in the 'first name' field, with a space in between, i.e. First name: xxx xxxx

But some banks just simply ignore my second forename and some put the second forename or the initial in the middle name field. So it ends up with three different forms of name in my bills. I want to know the right way to fill in these data in order to retrieve my full credit record.

There is a section on the page asking if you got another name before. But I still got another name forms missing. Does that really matter in retrieving my credit records?
