Urgent help needed I bought this video camera in March last year and have been unable to transfer tapes onto my computer or onto cds. I have used picture package but the camera is not recognised by my computer. I have had help from many friends who are computer "experts" but we cannot solve the problem. I am leaving for my dream holiday in the Galapagos Island in 3 days Help needed urgently
