taking energy cap to new house?

Does anyone know whether or not I can pay for a capped-bill and transfer it to another property when I move?

We move in 4 weeks but want to cap before the massive price hikes....is it possible?

Scottish Power allow you to fix until end Aug 09 and take the account with you when you move.
