Has anyone got one of these and would you recommend it? Am thinking of getting it for Christmas for my 4 year old son and it's on 3 for 2 in Boots!! :T

I saw something similar to this at a craft fair last year and thought it looked great fun. But the ELC site says for 5-8 years - so unless your son is well-coordinated or nearly 5 I would worry that it will be too 'difficult' for him to balance on and therefore not much fun!Signature removed for peace of mind0

never seen this before, but I reckon most 4 year olds could manage this, maybe not as well as an 8 year old, so unless there are older chilcren around that would be better at "his" new toy, and gloat ,I don't think there would be a problem.0

I haven't tried it with any kids yet but the instructions suggest you can help them to balance my holding their hands or using it sitting down on a chair. It would depend on how good their balance was but they would be able to grow into anyway. It looks like a great present and I just disappointed that I am too heavy to have a go myself!0
