Opted to cap Duel Fuel with British Gas but only got the Gas supply
Help please - we're tearing our hair out! We've just opted to cap for a dual fuel deal with British Gas through Marketsupermarket.com site, but having proceeded and been accepted, we've only got the gas deal. We thought it strange that although we input Southern Electric as our electricity supplier, we were asked for no further Electricity details. How can we unravel please, and get a dual fuel deal. The Tab for Duel Fuel at the start of the process was what we clicked. Thanks.
