I agree with DLA. I filled one out recently for my youngest,and I know it was the advice given on here and the guidelines from cerebra that helped it be successful,not ny great skill on my part! I did however fill it out on the computer and used lots of examples to clarify what I was saying,got a good if succinct supporting letter from his SENCO and made sure I gave a range of the problems. I realise that it's very different applying for a child but could you get help reapplying from an expert plus make sure your hubby's present condition is reassed by GP/Specialist so that you can get up to date supportive letters from them? Do youhave any community nurse back-up?Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0

thanks for your replys we are getting help from a welfare benefits person. i think we will have to claim again. my husband is going to see his gp again this week and hopefully he will see his specialist before the claim goes in we are just waiting for his appointment to come through. my husband has a occupational therapist so hopefully she will help him with his claim too0
