I would say you have entered the wrong tariff or more likely entered the wrong Kwh figures.
    What figures did you enter?

sorry iv'e not answered earliler, july 07 meter read by eon electric 6742 gas 1164 read by eon july 08 electric 13438 gas 2606. so usage for the year electric 6,696 gas 1442. when i input these figures into uswitch it comes up with a yearly spend with npower of £625,it also says i have an estimated spend with eon of £827,my actual spend is around £1300,so there is something not right. any ideas

Mine too Panny - my spend is around £1200 but 2 websites quoted me £727 spend.
Does it matter though? I'm thinking of capping anyway - so not much savings at the mo. Just future proofing.

The gas consumption you input of 1,442 is NOT kWh.

Depending on the type of gas meter you have, it is either approx 16,000kWh or 45,000kWh.

Given your annual spend it is almost certainly a Metric meter, so enter 16,000kWh.
