Kitchen Help

I have seen a cheap ex-display kitchen I'd like to buy but when I've done my measurements to fit it around my hob location I am 300mm out. I don't want it to look rubbish, has anyone got any ideas of ways to fill the gap. The range is discountinued so I can't get a 300mm matching unit/door. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could put in there? It is a beech kitchen.

I bought an ex-display Applewood kitchen but used contrasting Black Gloss plinth for kickplates and for filling any gaps. It matches my worktop and floor so doesn't look out of place at all. 300mm is a bit big for just filling though.

You could get an inbuilt 300 wine rack in a similar colour from somewhere else that has a beech range (it won't be that different) or a cream gloss wine rack perhaps? You only see the frame bits and cream or another beech will be of a similar tone.

Or you can buy wine cooler fridges that are 300 wide. Probably cost you £150 for the fridge but it's a nice feature and you'll save more than that by having an ex-display kitchen.

Or you could go for a 900 wide fridge or range cooker instead of standard 600 size?

if i was fitting your units for you i would suggest either wine rack using clay pipe or if you dont drink then i goodsize tray space with hidden tea towel rail. lots of cheap ways to fill in without looking for a door to fit.
