Ive never seen them, nor can see them on capital one site, but Ive seen tons of them in the USA, get them in petrol stations.Kind Regards

Sorry but Capital One is not a pre-paid credit card, Capital One offer a convensional card or a SECURED CARD with a security deposit of around £49-£200!
One pre-paid credit card is THIS ONE but if you look around google there are quite a few!
