have to say my degree was useless really. It's never been directly part of me being offered any of my jobs!
I also did a few units towards a Technology degree with the OU a few years back when I was made redundant the first time and was kicking my heels (in 1999) and thought they were much better than the degree I did when I was 18, anyone wanting to do a degree, I'd definitely recommend looking at doing one with the OU.

Well I now have 3 lovely loaves of fresh bread ready to bake!
2 wholemeal cottage loaves and one white plaited bloomer loaf!
Jamie Oliver's bread recipe is the best I've found so far!
