I think I may have a battle on my hands with Next.

I ordered 2 skirts and they arrived, I tried them on and decided to send both back. I remember them going and the stamped docket through the door but Next have never had them back and I now have £36 on my account.

I often keep the signed thingies for ages, but I remember thinking 'oh, there's never a problem' and I'm pretty sure I chucked it out.

    Tis the law of sod........

Think I'm going to ask for the date of dispatch and then work out the date it was picked back up and leave a message for the courier to check her sheets and see if something can be done. She's really nice and it has been her for years so I can't see it being a case of them being pinched.

I've called Next and they are going to send me a form to sign. The skirts were sent on the 2 June so I'm pretty sure the pick up date was the 9th because I remember leaving her a message on the Friday - she doesn't pick up Saturdays and I remember hearing her voicemail say this.

I'm sure it will be sorted, but it's a pain - I need to make a payment to stop any arrears being registered and then they'll refund that to me when they resolve it. It's the only thing I have on the account so it's money I'm paying out for nothing at the moment.

  • Good evening everyone. Has been so hot here today ended up buying some essentials for the garden. Not very 'MSE' but couldn't have enjoyed our garden without them. :)
It's too hot for me though. I'm not good with heat!
