Yeah, well you're going to get negged anyway, so best to not have refunded.

Plus you can always put a comment at the feedback 'Very difficult buyer. Did my best to please'

Well, still no sign of the dress today, but dare I say it, no abusive emails either. Maybe calling her bluff and telling her to start a dispute has made her back off. Hopefully!

Just be aware of any mail coming to you that needs to be signed for that you aren't expecting......for example....an empty envelope sent by your buyer just so that she has a tracking number to give to PP.
