I have a couple of debts that have been passed over to another company should i put who the debt was originally with or the new company that it's been passed on to?0

Put hairdressing down, I put the originator of the debt down on my forms, not the DCA, although after I declared BC and the OR wanted stuff I just threw the DCA letters in the envelope too."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

Have you got a copy of the guidance notes on filling in the Statement of Affairs?
Link: http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/pdfs/forms/debtorsguidance.pdfThe address of the bank or supplier should be available from your last statement. Where the debt has been purchased or taken over by another firm provide the name of the original supplier, e.g. Barclaycard, but the name and address of the company which has taken over the debt collection.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Holiday - you are allowed a cheap holiday. Can't remember the amount but stick in £30 per month at the moment.
MOT or is that in servicing ?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
I've included mot in servicing. is £20 ok or shall i put more? Also i'm in a dmp with cccs ive put on the form that i entered into an arrangment but i havnt put anywhere on the form that its with cccs and they deal with some of my creditors. shall i put it on the form or tell the OR at the meeting? I havnt spoke to cccs about making myself bankrupt cos im ashamed that after all their help ive still gone and got myself into such a mess. shall i inform them or let the OR do it when im bankrupt?0

Hmm.. I put the DCA on the forms as I asked on the phone to the court and they said to do this. Which is the right way of doing things? xx0 -

Where you are asked for the creditors name, the best thing seems be to be to put down the original creditor followed by whoever is collecting the debt in brackets.
Where it asks for an address you should always give the details of who is currently collecting the debt so that the OR knows who to contact.
It can always be double checked in any interview.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
