Parking in Edinburgh!

Hi there!

Hopefully Ive posted in the right place but if not please move!:o

Right going to Edinburgh tomorrow and need long stay parking..anyone know the best way to do this (and the cheapest)...we will be there about 3pm and returning about 11-12pm....

    Park and Rides are at Ingliston by the airport, Hermiston on the A71, free parking and bus costs £1.10 into town or £2.50 for a day ticket.

    Also Park and ride at Sheriffhall which is on the A7 ner A68/A1 and A720 City Bypass

    Another vote for the P&R at Sherrifhall - I use it all the time when I have meetings in Edinburgh.

    I assume you'll be coming down from Inverness to I reckon Ingliston or Hermiston will be your best bet.

    I would reccomend the park and ride at Heriot watt university, regular buses all day (34 and 25)
    and the 25 is a night bus also

    price of night bus is £2.50
