Banner advertising that doesn't pay on clickthroughts - help

I remember just a few months ago hearing about a company that put their banner adds on your website and paid you something like £20 initally then £5 or £10 every month the advert was on your site.
This wasn't paid on a click through basis.
Can anyone shed any light on who this was or even what it's called so i can google it - so far eveything i google is coming up on a click though payment.
