Switch via Tesco to any supplier and get 500 Clubcard points
If you use Tesco Energy to compare and change suppliers (like you do with Uswitch & Moneysupermarket) you get 500 Clubcard points (worth £20 in Clubcard Deals:j) for switching dual fuel (200 points for a single fuel only).
I just moved from E.On OnlineExtraSaver5 to British Gas Price Protection 2009. This is a little more expensive than npower or Scottish/SWALEC fixed but British Gas fix to 31 December 2009 whereas the others fix to end of July and August respectively.
Got an immediate email confirming my contract and the fixed prices.
