Hi all,
Newbie here!
I see / listen to Martin ranting on the radio and TV and today on Radio 2 he was ranting that people should cap their elec / gas NOW before the suppliers put up their prices.
We have just moved to a brand new house (Feb 2008) and we don't really know what number of units we'll use in a year - the one quoted below are approximate from the readings we have taken.
At the moment we are with British Gas on the "Click Energy 5" tariff.
Our Stats:
There are two of us in a three bed house.
Solar panels heating hot water
Wet boiler providing hot water to central heating
No gas (we're in a small village that was never attached to a gas supply), so we only have electric from BG.
Unit count: 12 daytime between 1 and 3 at night (twin rate electric meter)
What would our best option be for cheap electric?
