Excellent service from Dualit

Thought I'd pass on the great service I had from Dualit. Recently descaled my Dualit jug kettle and the mesh on the filter split. Googled spares on the internet and came up with a replacement from Spares2Go costing £5.01 inc P&P. That was fine (after all the kettle wasn't cheap) so placed an order. The money got taken straightaway but then got an email saying they were having to chase the supplier and would let me know as soon as it was on its way. All OK.

However 2 weeks on I thought I'd chase it up - still no joy so emailed Dualit to see if they could help. Got a very nice email telling me to let them know the model number of the kettle and they would send me a filter free of charge! :T I nearly fell over backwards! It arrived 2 days later. I then emailed Spares2Go and told them to cancel my order and please refund the money, which they did. Next time I'll try the manufacturer first:cool:

I just thought it was worth a mention.
