Scottish Power Bankruptcy?

hi,
hope some one can help me as i am thinking of joining scotish powers fixed price electric till 2009 but i wanted to know if i became bankrupt while on the fixed price product will they move me to the scottish power standard prices or will be be able to stay on my current fixed price tarrif till 2009 if my acct in in good order and not in areears?

If you are declared bankrupt, I didn't think you could have any credit agreement. Expect SP to be round with a pre-payment meters and they will charge you at the rate applicable to that (which is higher than a credit meter)"Now to trolling as a concept. .... I went bankrupt while being with ScottishPower and nothing of the sort happened... as long as you don't owe them money in your BR then you should be fine. None of my utility companies have disowned me or insist I pre-pay since going BR.
