OK, I'll try these people tomorrow in the search for a manual for my Goodmans VR518 video recorder (see separate thread). I'll report if there is any success.

No luck!

I tried Alba, whose number has changed to 0870 873 0094 in case anyone wants to TRY TO contact them. However, all you seem to get is an infinite music loop. plus an intermittent suggestion to email customercare@albaplc.co.uk, "who will normally reply within 48 hours".

I emailed them on 22nd February and got a reply on 6th March saying that they no longer stock the manual, and also suggesting that I try the telephone number (as above!).

Looks like I have failed, unless one of the readers really does have a copy of the manual!

Have updated the first post to include another site giving links to user manuals. The second site is rather specific to only a handful of brand names, but major ones all the same.

I can't find Indesit, I have an old 3000w dishwasher which had no manual when I got it (in new house) and Hotpoint service say I will have to pay 3gbp for one, and I can't find manuals on Indesit. Where can I find one?

I've a pair of cordless 'Binatone' phones.
The main one has died a death & i think we should be able to make the 2nd think it is the primary ... just need to programme it.
Obviously i don't have the instructions, that would be far too organised :rolleyes:
But i can't find them on the links above & the 1st link is closed for August!
Any ideas please

I have just moved house and in the process lost the manual for my Russell Hobbs Classic Breadmaker 4460-10. I called pifco but the model is obsolete so they can't help. Dopes anyone have any suggestions please? I've tried the links to the instructions manual sites but none have Russell Hobbs. I have no recollection whatsoever of the recipes but need to start making my own bread again!
