How long for EGG to boil.....?

I applied over the internet a week ago for an Egg Credit card and have heard nothing, no email or letter. How long do they take to get in touch, or in the absence of a confirmation email, did my application not get thorough?

Thanks
T

When I applied in May I got an instant decision :) they sometimes pass the decision to a real person to review- if this happens you get a confirmation screen saying so.
Do you remember if you got this screen?
Otherwise I'd guess the connection failed. :(

Cheaper to call 0845 than 01332???

I wouldn't have thought so, 0845 is usually between 4-10p pm 01332 will be at national rate.

If you have a calling allowance on landline or mobile you can call 01332 FREE, only some service providers allow free calls to 0845.

I just called on 01332 335919 and found out that the application is all done online - nothing is sent out. I guess that I mustn't have read it all that well online when I applied..... They referred me to their website where I logged in and completed the application.

STRANGE that I never received an email of any sort though....

    thanks for your help guys
